The round Tissue Floatation Bath TFB 45 is a compact and inexpensive device made of powder-coated aluminum with a capacity of 1.5 liters. Kerosene sections can be stretched and pulled onto the slide.
The deep black plastic coating provides an optimal contrast to the kerosene section and guarantees a long shelf life. Thanks to its low weight and compact dimensions, it can be used flexibly in various workplaces in pathology, histology and other laboratories.The Tissue Floatation Bath has a heated rim suitable for depositing and gently drying prepared slides. For more space on a particularly wider rim, the TFB 55 is available.
With the user-friendly controller with temperature scale, the desired value can be set exactly to +/- 2 °C. The rim is heated in parallel. Overheating protection is integrated. Suitable thermometers are available as accessories, as well as an aluminum lid that ensures temperature stability and protects the bath from dirt when not in use.
