MEDITE's TAZ 19 is a mobile safety workstation that can be used as a tabletop device. It is perfect for use of manually covering microscope slides or for filling chemicals or solvents.
The suction is infinitely adjustable and because of the different perforations, the suction is equal over the entire work area. The unit can be used independently either with an activated carbon filter or with a connection to an existing ventilation system. To further prevent fumes from the work area, an optional protective cover made of Acrylic glass can be added. Necessary filter changes are indicated by an optical signal. The TAZ 19 is available in three different versions, distinguished by their specific extraction and filter type. This device is ideal for working safely with pre-filled jars of formalin 4%.
